BOOKING/ AVAILABILITY

During our busiest times we book out for custom orders anywhere from 10-21 days in advance. We will always try and fit a last minute order in if we can, please fill out the form below and contact the shop for a last minute request.

Since we are usually booked a few weeks (or sometimes months) in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we’re be happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.)

PRICING & QUOTES

Pricing can vary based on serving size & Difficulty

We accept all credit cards via invoicing through Square processing . For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience, we can email you an invoice for you to pay online.

Once a custom order request has been made, we ask that you allow us to respond and contact you back within 24-48 hours.

RETAINER & DEPOSIT

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your order. The remainder amount must be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. *Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in Hundreds of dollars lost, to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not). If in any case you need to reschedule , you must contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. We will try our best to reschedule you for a later time however the date may not be available.

In the event of cancellation:

1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email
2. If a cancellation is received, your deposit will not be refundable.
3. If a cancellation is received less than one week prior to the promised
delivery/pickup date, the full balance is still the client’s responsibility.

DELIVERY/PICK UP

We offer Delivery as one of our services and we'd be happy to make your day more convenient by doing so. However, all deliveries are subject to a delivery fee at $1.00 per mile. We are located at 01830.

Pick ups are also an option, as you may pick up any cake orders at our commercial kitchen located in downtown, Haverhill, MA
